Data Entry & Scanning

          All data entry is performed on-site. Once the fieldwork is completed, our data department can provide you with your choice of a SPSS, Excel, ASCII fixed width, tab, or comma delimited file. Our staff is accurate, efficient, and flexible.

          SDW staff is efficient in keyboard data entry. All of our work has 100% validation due to every survey being entered twice by different individuals. This ensures that results are precise every time.

          SDW also has the ability to scan thousands of single or double-sided sheets per hour. These surveys can range in size from that of a postcard to custom sized booklets. Surveys can be completed with a pen or pencil. An example of a scannable survey:
